The Pebble Light

I worked closely with Basic Projects, based in Charleston, South Carolina, USA, to create the Pebble Light. Two larger Pebble lights light the bar mirror and four small Pebble lights are in the cosy eating areas the new Fat Radish restaurant.

The design brings a cosy aesthetic combining with textured green plaster, rattan and tile to reference its surrounding in the coastal Georgian city of Savannah, USA.

As well as the shape and the technical requirements of the light were informed by the designer and their vision for the space. Tarnished brass bolts with leather washer details tie in with the wider scheme.
